P.K. at 15

That smile describes my Payton bug. She is a happy girl. We went to her 15 month doctors visit and she weighed in at 27 lb 2oz and is 31 3/4 inches tall! She is in the 95th % and unfortunately had to get 2 more vaccines. Our little peanut was also diagnosed with her very first ear infection which you would have never known because she never let on to one at all. I love this little girl with all my heart! She has a mouth full of teeth and more are still coming I can't even keep up anymore! Her vocabulary is getting so much bigger as well as her personality! She is such a cuddle bug and loves sitting on laps to read books and play with puzzles.Everyday I feel she comes out with something new. One thing still stands....... this girl has got the moves. She LOVES having dance party and shaking her body and clapping. We have started a new class through the park district called Tot Rock. She had so much fun at our first class singing and dancing to the itsy bitsy spider. She is my daughter so I am bias but everybody says how smart she is which I would have to agree. It seems you show her something once and she picks it up right away. Payton's new fun thing to do is to spin herself in circles in the middle of the room while singing jibber jabber until she makes herself dizzy and falls down. She is sunny most of the time but has hit the age were she is starting to tell us when she wants her way or is not happy about something. I don't know how well of disciplinarians Zack and I are becoming though. One night at the dinner table, while eating, Payton decided she wanted to continuously throw her food on the floor. Zack and I took turns reprimanding her. Finally we both lost a little patience and sternly said to her "NO" a little louder. She gave us both an evil grin and did it again! Zack and I looked at each other and could not help but laugh which then she thought was hilarious too. So needless to say that night was a wash : ). Payton has learned to paint and draw on the chalk board at "YaYa and PaPa's" house. Like I said she is just learning and picking up something new all the time. If you take a picture of her now and tell her to smile and say "cheese" she will do just that. Payton's schedule is still staying strong. She sleeps 12 hours through the night and takes one nap during the day for anywhere between 2.5-3.5 hours. She absolutely LOVES hanging out with her cousin Bel. These two girls just laugh, sing, and run around together. When my new niece Lucy comes out she better watch out because P.K. and Bel are gonna run circles around her.
Our sweetie painting for the first time saying "Cheese"! The next Picasso
